FAQs for flying objects

What is the production lead-time?

Creating your custom made Flying Object takes approximately four to six weeks.

How much delivery time we have to plan?

It normally takes five days door-to-door including two days for customs clearance.

Is helium gas dangerous?

No, it’s absolutely harmless. It is completely non-toxic and non-explosive.

That’s why Flying Objects are perfect to use in an enclosed area.

Who will fly my Flying Object?

Our certified pilots will operate your Flying Object at the venue.

Due to its technical nature, you cannot control it yourself.

Can our Flying Object be used outside?

Due to its advanced ultra-light construction, your Flying Object cannot be operated outdoors.

Even light winds would make it impossible to control.

What materials are used in construction?

The outer skin is composed of a special styrofoam while inside a helium container is hidden from view.

How long can it fly?

Your Flying Object will amaze the audience for approx. 20 minutes at a time.

After a pause of just five minutes to change the power packs, it will be ready to go again.

How long is it guaranteed for?

Your Flying Object will be covered by a two year guarantee as long as it is professionally stored in its

transportation box and only controlled by our certified pilots.

Can our Flying Object be repainted?

No. A second layer of paint would increase its weight so much that it would not be able to fly!

How sturdy is it?

The styrofoam body is quite sensitive to damage but as long as it is handled and stored according to our

instructions, you will get years of use from your Flying Object.

Can our Flying Object be repaired?

Defective parts can be effectively replaced by the manufactuer.

What about customs clearance?

There should be no problem clearing your Flying Objects through customs.

We advise clients to be present at the inspection to ensure it is treated with care by the officers.

It looks incredibly solid but appearances are deceptive in this case.

Can we inspect our Flying Object before delivery?

Yes, you can visit our production facility. However, we will provide photographs so you can check

it out from the comfort of your office.

What are the storage requirements?

Your Flying Object should be stored in the transport box used for shipping.

Only our certified pilots are authorized to load and unload it.

The box needs to be kept in a dry and air conditioned room at normal temperatures.

Any discount for a multiple order?

Yes. We offer an extremely worthwhile price reduction if you order more than one Flying Object of the

same design.
